Returns & Refunds Policy

At NUKNUK Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. We know sometimes things don’t work out — so we make returns simple and fair.

Summary of Our Return Rules

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
  • No restocking fees
  • Some items are final sale or non-returnable for hygiene or custom reasons

14-Day Return Policy (UK & EU)

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • All tags and safety seals (if applicable) must remain intact
  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer (unless item is faulty/incorrect)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

We process returns through our AfterShip Returns Portal:

  1. Go to our [AfterShip Returns Portal link]
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the return reason and upload photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  4. Wait for approval – you’ll receive return instructions by email
  5. Send the item back as instructed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nuknuklimited.com. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Short explanation of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings, lingerie, swimwear
  • Beauty & personal care products
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids/gases)
  • Final sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order separately

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after return approval
  • Some suppliers may take longer (up to 30 days) — we’ll do our best to expedite
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake
  • Your bank/credit card provider may take additional time to post funds

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt
